Reporting Bugs and Issues

The Hull Seal systems are designed to be robust, reliable, and easy to use. However, it may happen that a bug is encountered, or an issue is discovered with a system in use by the Seals. Our Cyberseals do their best to ensure that your experience on the site is as smooth as possible, however, sometimes things do slip through the cracks.

In light of that, we have created a method for reporting issues you may encounter.

Reporting Bugs

If you encounter a bug, your first step should be to fill out our Bug Reporting Form, found here: https://hullseals.space/bugreport

This link will redirect you to our bug reporting form. You should see something similar to this screen:

Fill out the form, and click submit. From there, the issue is deposited on the Hull Seal Issue Tracker board, as found here: https://trello.com/b/O2NuM6fm/hull-seal-issue-tracker

From there, our techs get to work and try and solve your issue as soon as possible.
